Thomas Eugene Hines Sr., 77, died Sunday, September 02, 2012 suddenly at his home in Willard. He was born January 9, 1935 to the late Thomas and Lola Hines.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at Harrell's Funeral Home of Burgaw. Rev. Bill Tatum and Pastor Sharon Morrow conducted the service. Burial will follow at the Anderson Cemetery in Mount Olive.
Survived by his children, sons James Hines and wife, Denise of Clinton and Thomas Eugene Hines Jr. and wife, Candice of Concord; daughters, Barbara Hatcher and husband, Harold of Wallace, Lola Watson and husband, David of Watha, Melinda Blanton and husband, Charles of Wallace, Brenda Myrick and husband, Harold of Concord, Mollie Parker and husband, Jerome of Wallace and Pam Kiser and husband, Terry of Wallace; brothers, James Hines and wife, Carolyn of Mount Olive and Earl Hines and wife, Carolyn of Beulaville; sister-in-law, Ida Pearl Lovette and husband, Clyde of Wallace; 23 grandchildren and 14 great –grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mollie Mott Hines and sister-in-law, Mary Jane Maready.
The family will ecieve friends Tuesday at 11:00 AM, one hour prior to the service at Harrell's Funeral Home.
