Rhonda Norris Hoffman, age 56 of Rocky Point passed peacefully Saturday November 27, 2021 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

She was born February 24, 1965 in Cumberland County, daughter of the late Johnnie and Alma Davis Norris. She was also predeceased by a daughter, Fallon Hoffman and she was predeceased in October by her husband of 31 years, Jimmy Hoffman.

She is survived by her son, James M. Hoffman and wife Kayla of Rocky Point; a granddaughter, Kian Lawson; brother, Bobby Norris and wife Gina of Rocky Point; many nieces and nephews; sister in law, Rosalind Cooper of Wilmington; special lifelong friend, Sue Yopp; and special family member Roxy.

Rhonda had a strong belief and love for family. She enjoyed hanging out by the pool and being with family.

A memorial service will be at 1:00 PM Saturday December 4, 2021 at Harrell's Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home.
