Pamela Goodman Kershner joined her Lord and Savior on August 9th at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Pam, as she was best known, was the second child born to Carlyle and Barbara Goodman on July 24th, 1958. She lived the early years of her life in Swannanoa, North Carolina. Her family later moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, in the late 1960s, where Pam grew up, married, raised a son, and started her own business. Pam was the President of Southern Environmental Solutions of the Carolinas. Pam stayed at the helm of the company after moving to the Ocean Isle Beach area, fulfilling a lifetime wish to live at the coast. While her company's success was a great source of pride for Pam, her greatest accomplishment was her care and love for her family, friends, and animals.

Pam is preceded in death by her husband, Mike Kershner, and mother, Barabra. Pam is survived by her only child Bryan Kershner, his wife, Kelsey, and their children, Maizy and Miles, who gave her the beloved title of "Nana." She also leaves behind her only sibling Joy Joyner, brother-in-law Scot Joyner, nephew Patrick Joyner, great-nephew Maddox Joyner, niece Laura Eakins and her husband and Pam's Pastor, Gardner Eakins. Lastly, she leaves behind her constant companions and givers of unconditional love, her dogs, Hope and Louie.
