Linda Kaye Eldridge White, age 54, lost her battle with Muscular Dystrophy and complications which were exacerbated by a sudden onset of pneumonia, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina on Tuesday April 21, 2015, and was reunited in Heaven with her baby boy, David Michael Barnhill, Jr. who died April 16, 1982.

Born April 25, 1960, formerly of Burgaw, North Carolina, Linda most recently lived on Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina with her husband Donald White where she enjoyed time spent exploring the beach in her motorized chair, and with her step-daughter Mindy White Willoughby, and her grandsons, all of whom she treasured. She never complained about her physical limitations and quietly made the most of what she was given.

Survivors include her husband, Donald White, her step-daughter Mindy White Willoughby (Justin), her grandsons Justin and David, her mother Julia Eldridge Farrior (Stanley M.), her sister Robin Eldridge Roller (Rick), and brother Steven Kemp Eldridge. Linda was predeceased by her father, Everett Fred Eldridge, and her son, Michael David Barnhill.
