Linda Williams Clark, 74, of Atkinson, passed away, Dec. 18, 2013 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice. She was born August 9, 1939 in Wilmington, NC, daughter of the late John Clifford and Georgie Dyson Williams. She was the town clerk of Atkinson for 16 years, as well as very active in the community.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmie Clark of Atkinson, NC; her son Jimmie Clark Jr. and his wife Elena of Raleigh, NC; her son Wes Clark and his wife Sue of Elgin, SC; as well as six grandchildren; Allen, Justin, Aubrey, John, James, and Jacob Clark.

A service will be held for Linda at Haw Bluff Baptist Church on Saturday, Dec 21st at 11am. The family will receive friends at Harrell's Funeral Home Friday 7-8:00pm.
