Juanita Edwards 'Dee' Norris age 83 of Currie, died Friday December 14, 2012 at home.

She was born August 1, 1929 in Horry County SC, daughter of the late William and Minnie Richardson Edwards. She was also predeceased by her husband Jim H. Norris, son-in-law David Earl Bullard, Daughter-in-law Wanda Norris, and granddaughter, Dawn Hooper

She is survived by five children, Jimmy Norris and wife Wanda of Deep Run, Minnie Bullard of Burgaw, Diana Maready and husband Albert of Burgaw, Carl Norris of Currie, and Sheila Whitley and husband Glenn of Atkinson; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a brother Lyde Edwards of Myrtle Beach SC; 3 sisters, Helen Barfoot of Lakeview SC, Jane Causey and Hazel McKenzie both of Mullins SC; and special loving friend, Ann Murphy.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Monday December 17, 2012 at Harrell's Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Elbert Bradshaw and Reverend Steve Gasque will officiate. Burial will follow in the Norris Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday 6-7:30 PM at the funeral home.
