Jennifer Victoria Riggs, age 56 of Rocky Point passed peacefully Thursday April 24, 2025 at Pender Memorial Hospital.

She was born February 9, 1969 in New Hanover county, daughter of Jennifer Blake and the late Eugene Blake.

She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Jeff Riggs III; son Ryan Riggs of Rocky Point; daughter, Christine Riggs of Rocky Point; three grandchildren, Garrett Riggs, Victoria Mathis, and Waylon Mathis; two brothers, Terry Blake and wife Kim and Tim Blake all of Wilmington; niece, Shelby Blake: and many other family members..

Jennifer liked to shop and enjoyed going to flea markets and Goodwill to find bargains. She loved her family and dearly loved and spoiled her grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will be at 11:00 AM Saturday May 3, 2025 at Harrell's Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Bill Morris will officiate and the family will receive friends after the service.
