George 'Darren' King age 50 of Beulaville passed away October 17, 2016 at New Hanover Reg. Med. Center surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born March 15, 1966 in Pender County, son of Lynn George King and Willa Brown Cecil.

He is survived by his parents; daughter Kerry King of Albertson; Fiancee Monica Boling and daughter Zoey of Beulaville; brother Rusty Writer; and sister Tammy Henderson.

Darren loved hunting and fishing. He was a great roofer and carpenter and loved his work. He recently began going to church where he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday November 6, 2016 at Harvesters Fellowship Church 333 Wagon Ford Rd Beulaville, NC 28518. Reverend Dewey Ball will officiate.
