Dorothy Louise Hall Perseghin, age 91 of Burgaw passed peacefully Friday April 8, 2022 at the Laurels of Pender surrounded by her loving family.

She was born February 21, 1931 in Pender County, daughter of the late James and Louise Wooten Hall Sr. She was also predeceased by her husband Bill Perseghin.

She is survived by two daughters, Jackie Davis and husband Jimmy, and Regina Perseghin all of Burgaw; four grandchildren, Bert Loftis and wife Joanna, Carmela Meeks, Christy Frizzell and husband Anthony, and Scott Carter; nine great grandchildren; brother, J. M. Hall Jr. of Wallace; and sister, Betty Evans of Watha.

Dorothy worked her whole life as a beautician in Burgaw. She liked to knit and sew. Dorothy was a lifelong member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She absolutely loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at 12 noon Monday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. A graveside service will be at 1:00 PM Monday April 11, 2022 at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church Cemetery. Reverend Father Roger Nyimi will officiate.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
