Carolyn Register West, age 63 of Burgaw passed peacefully into Heaven, Friday June 5, 2020 at Lower Cape Fear Life Care surrounded by her loving family.

She was born May 29, 1957 in New Hanover County, daughter of the late Dorris Gaddie Register and Doris Jones Register.

She is survived by a daughter, Olivia Dawn Daughtry and boyfriend Tim Horrell of Burgaw; a son Harry Thomas West II and wife Ashley of Burgaw; four grandchildren, Jamie Mintz (Herbie), Bruce Friend Jr., Jerry Friend and Chase Boone; two great grandchildren, Bella Mintz and Kayleigh Varnam; two sisters, Sandra Register of Valdosta GA and Linda McClellan and husband Noel of Wilmington; a brother, Johnnie Register and wife Sara of Leland; close friend, Chad Kraynick, companion Hunter Dixon and other friends.

She was predeceased by brothers, David Register Sr., and Reverend Randall Smith Sr.

A memorial service will be at 11:00 am Monday June 8, 2020 at Harrell's Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend David Register will conduct the service.
