Arnold William Finch's Obituary
Arnold William Finch age 85 of Rocky Point, died Wednesday June 8, 2011 at home.
He was born September 28, 1925 in Armonk, New York, son of the late Joseph and Jenny Sarles Finch. He was also predeceased by a sister Jenny Washburn; and a brother Howard Woodruff.
Mr. Finch was a veteran of WW II serving honorably in the U S Navy. He was a carpenter for over forty years in New York and he loved his work and his family.
He is survived by a niece Mary Williams and husband John of Rocky Point; Nephews Charles Burridge of Rocky Point, and Francis Washburn and wife Phyllis of Patterson NY; and many great nieces and nephews.
A private funeral service was held at 2:00 PM Saturday June 11, 2011 at Harrell's Funeral Home Chapel. A private burial followed.
