Agness "Bobbie" Smith Suggs age 78 of Wilmington, passed away Saturday March 31, 2018 at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice Care Center surrounded by her loving family.

She was born November 8, 1939 in Brunswick County daughter of the late Willard and Essie Milliken Smith.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Billy Allen Suggs; two daughters, Becky Godwin and husband Dean of Wilmington, and Connie Chesson and husband Kevin of Wilmington; two grandchildren, Jamie Godwin and Amanda Chesson.

Bobbie was an artist and painter, and she loved to do crafts of all types. She was a practical joker and liked to play pranks on her family. Bobbie loved to paint and was happiest in her sunroom painting.

Graveside funeral services will be at 11 AM Tuesday April 3, 2018 at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Wilmington. Reverend Jim Chesson and Reverend Steve Gasque will conduct the service and burial will follow.
